Providing Building Regulations Applications
It is not unusual for schemes and projects to require Building Regulation Approval under the current ‘Building Regulations Act’. These regulations should not be confused with Planning Permission which is a separate issue.
Aztec is fully conversant with the current Building Regulations and regularly submits applications to the Building Regulations Authorities on our client’s behalf. Doing so improves lead-in-times and also eliminates the unnecessary employment of architectural services, thereby reducing design and project management costs.
